I have a well on my property and would like to know more about it

The British Geological Survey holds the National Well Record Archive, which contains more than 130,000 records of wells, boreholes and springs within England, Wales and Scotland. Its Enquiries Service can be contacted for further information. In Northern Ireland a borehole and well database is maintained by Geological Survey of Northern Ireland.
